    Evening , My son had his ideal classic boiler serviced - I noticed it was high pressure at rest approx 3bar and expected it to be resolved after service it isn’t . The guy only commented that there was small leak which he fixed . Please see attached report and notice no pressure comment in there...

    Socket - neutral open

    Evening , periodically a fuse related to downstairs sockets trips . I checked all sockets to find one indicating an open neutral using a socket tester . Will this cause the trippping ( there is never anything plugged in) if so what is the fix ? Thanks

    I can see it’s the actual filling loop lead isolation valve thingy that needs to be closed thanks for your time anyways . Have a service on it in a couple of weeks so hopefully high pressure issue will be identified then

    Ah ok I have probably misunderstood , thought you opened it to add water into boiler when pressure low and it should be off normally .

    The blue one is connected to the filling loop on left and black on right . I’ve turned the blue one off ( to stop water going into boiler ) black one on right still on but is very stiff - thanks

    Both valves in new property are open on filling loop and pressure high in boiler . Turned the one off on left hand side off ( will release some Water via bleeding ) other one seems very stiff . Am I right both should be off ( ie horizontal ) . What is consequence off right hand one being open...

    Hi I needed to address a leaky flex pipe coming into toilet by replacing it . The picture shows the existing one , I expected an isolation valve but have one with an additional piece of copper pipe ? Can I just not get a longer length of flexible pipe and go straight into isolation valve ? Thanks
