i have to renew my combi boiler as the one i have got isnt going to be powerfull enough as i am adding 2 bathrooms 2 berooms to my house any ideas as to which way to go on this got a £1000 to spend on it.

my living room is getting plastered at the moment it will be finished on wedensday how long have i to leave it before i paint the plasterer said it will take 1 day to dry then you can paint on it is this true or does it need longer.
