Yeah they is a green wire going to the earth point on the back box. Been looking at how all this works. So the live wore goes to the com. Then that feeds the the L1 and L2, L2 and L2 stands for light 1 and light 2?, is that correct? Any recommendations for you tube tutorials for this?

Just looked at the photo again while at work. Is that thick green at the back the earth wire?

I can't remember seeing a earth wire on the back box. I'll check when I get home. Can I ask. What are the 1 black and blue wire that are together on the old switch?

See that's the problem, the old socket isnt labled like new sockets

So does the single blue and and red go into the 2 com slots

It will a mechanical one. So order a 3 wire thermostat?

I need to replace this thermostat. I take it I need a 2 wire thermostat to replace it I thinking blue it neutral and I won't need it. Red is live Yellow is switched live?

I've asked to replace these door bars round the doormat. Anyone got any good ideas to make it neater and not a foot hazard. Dont really want to put the same door bars back down
