    What's this hole/vent for?

Hey Had a leak under the bath, turns out its water spouting from a little outlet on the waste pipe. There's a rubber bung that had popped out, though it seats very loosely so no seal. I'm sure it's simple, but what's this hole for? Can't see it on any other pipe images online, and not sure...

No, none. There are no rads other than the two mentioned working off the hot water setting, fir certain. Can I ask the relevance please? This has been plumbed wrong, he's admitted connecting to old WC pipes which are HW. The rest if the house has no problem whatsoever. I'm not fault finding...

Radiator plumbed in to hot water, not central heating.

Good advice, thanks. Think I'll try that. My issue is that I took months deciding on these guys as they had amazing reviews. Pretty much lost hope of finding someone reliable now...!

Just these two rads. The rest of the house works correctly via CH thermostat.

Radiator plumbed in to hot water, not central heating.

Looking at images of motorised valves (as this out of scope of my exceptionally basic knowledge), they are with the Megaflow system in the cupboard. There's nothing above ground level that I can see further north that this cupboard, as you look at my diagram, other than where the pipes emerge...

Radiator plumbed in to hot water, not central heating.

Thanks for your interest fellas. I'll try and clarify as much as I can. If you look at the very rough image below it shows the kitchen and extension as it is, with the two rads, both connected to hot water system. The boiler is a Vaillant ecoTEC 624 new installation using the existing feed...

Radiator plumbed in to hot water, not central heating.

Hey guys, would you be kind enough to take a look at this please? I've had an extension to my kitchen, and there are some pretty fundamental cock-ups that I'm looking to either get fixed or compensated for. The main one is that the 'plumber' decided to hook our kitchen radiator up to the hot...

Pivot & Slide Door System Help

The shelves top and bottom are clear of the door. The left and right sides of the cabinet are flush with the door when closed, i.e., the edges of the door each side are flush with the cabinet edges.

Pivot & Slide Door System Help

Thank Jason, have seen quite a few of these but can't work out what I need to supplement for a full overlay door. I've found one that specifies a maximum 11mm overlay, but as the door is an 18mm it's no good. The cupboard is a raised one (above a washer) that I've had built bespoke. The...
