I need a bit of help with my cooker hood. It is an AEG Competence HC 5690. Basically, whenever we put the fan on, the 'F' lights up and starts flashing. Obviously i thought it was the filters and so i cleaned them with some soapy water. The 'F' still flashes away. Is there any way...

The pilot lights with a single spark, it takes a long time to get that spark. There is a clicking but no spark, then there is a louder different pitched click (that comes from a different location within the boiler), it then sparks and fires up straight away...
