power shower pump

hi chaps, i need a bit of help here if you would be so kind?

Over the past few weeks, my shower hasn't been as hot as it has been in the past. Last night it wasn't making any really abnormal sounds, but it sounded only slightly different to how it had in the past.

this morning, it didn't turn on at all.

It is the Triton T550i

My initial thoughts are to clean the in-line filters, but have you guys got any other suggestions?

If the general consensus is the pump is knackered, have you got any suggestions for a replacement? preferably one a bit quieter if at all possible?

you could try a stuart turner.

theyre the best pumps around but arent cheap. They make a "showermate" fed on 15mm pipework and rated at 1.5 bar, which is marginally stronger than the triton.
