WF440 will not spin, user has admitted overloading and machine 'thumped and banged' and then would not spin. When put in Spin Only program machine evacs and slowly turns but will not go into a fast spin. No error lamps.

Hi all, this machine doesn't seem to be taking in enough water, we are having to supplement water intake via the detergent drawer! The drain hose is at correct height (bend at top of machine). Any ideas chaps? :?:
