    paper onto plasterboard

    i have dot and dabbed 12.5 mm plasterboard and filled the gaps with blue hawk plaster that has sanded down nicely is there any building regs requirement to have the walls skimmed and if not is it ok just to paper over the plasterboard? thanks

    which skin first

    am building a conservatory with 6 bricks above dpc. 3in cavity full fill with isowoll, inner skin blocks. do i lay the outer skin first, then when dry put the insulation against it and jam it in with the inner skin blocks? thanks
