After looking at the boiler wiring i noticed someone has put a link in wiring. Im assuming it overrides something as it comes from the thermostat control box. When i take the link out the boiler doesnt fire up at all. Is this the reason for my thermostat not controlling the boiler?? Photos...

Hello, Ive had this thermostat installed for just over a year (typical) and for some reason it wont switch the boiler off. The thermo is placed in the hallway and the boiler in the kitchen. When I turn the dial to 5c it connects with the control box near the boilder (orange light flickers)...

Yeah you can put push fits on to copper. Make sure you twist then end when u have slid it on. You can`t put push-fits onto chrome piping though. Now get ya skates on..hahaha.

It`s a Ferroli Combi. I think it`s a quite old. Hope thats helps.

Hi. When i try to ignite my boiler by pressing the button in nothing happens at all, no flame, no ignite, nothing. The fan was running all the time but suddenly stopped for some reason. There is gas coming through and the thermocouple is new. I think it`s the ignition! Any ideas would...

Hi. I recently replaced the fan element on my cooker. I messed about with the thermostat before that but replaced it the way it was. The new element is working great but the pre-heat light doesn`t go off and the temp is always blasting even though it is on 0. Any ideas???

Hello. I have recently replaced the fan element on my Beamount cooker, after fiitting correctly i have noticed that the pre-heat light will not go off also the temp is always at full belt. Have i done something wrong?? Any ideas would be greatful. Cheers.
