    Removing an old shower tray

    I've had to saw through the pipe to lift out an old shower tray as the previous owner had gummed up the joints with mastic and allsorts of c*@p. As I'm replacing the shower with one over the bath what do I do with the rest of the waste pipe? Thanks

    Disconnecting an Electric Shower

    Once I've disconnected the electric cable and made safe how do I disconnect the water supply to the defunct shower unit so I can remove it? How do I seal the pipes securely? (The wall where the shower unit was located is going to be plasterboarded so the pipes will be hidden.) Thanks

    Disconnecting an Electric Shower

    I have an old (and not working!) electric shower which I'm replacing with a bath/shower mixer so I just want to disconnect the old defunct shower. How do I do this safely? I'll need to disconnect the water and the electric supply so I'm not sure if I should be posting in a plumbing forum too...
