Hi, My gas oven is lighting up ok but when I release the control knob the gas turns off. I have tried pushing the knob for longer but as soon as I release it the flame dies.The cooker is two and a half years old. Cheers.

Hi, Just tried getting gas oven to work using the starter button. There is a spark but the gas will not light.Lit it manually and that is fine . Any ideas on how to fix this? Cheers.

The boiler has a newish thermostat but the interference has been going on since I moved here four years ago. Its an old back boiler which is over 15 years old. Thanks very much for your swift reply.

My tv and radio keep on getting interference every time the boiler clicks on or off.It's only brief but annoying when the picture on my tv breaks up or you get a crackle on the radio.No lights are affected . Is there anything I can do to stop this problem? Cheers in advance.

Jamie, did as you told me using garden hose from mains and it did the trick. I'll still have to clear all the rubbish on the bottom of the tank but that can wait. Cheers and thanks again for all your help. Tim.

Does anyone know if there is a paint product which fills in rough plaster work.The wall in question looks like a dodgy diy job and has trowel marks etched in but not to deep.Or will Ihave to get it skimmed? Cheers Tim
