    SMELLY PLASTER

    Everytime it rains there is a smell of wet plaster in a corner of a room downstairs. House is only 3 years old , cannot see any obvious holes outside - windows and pointing seems ok , although there is a gap for airbricks above the windows. Any advice much appreciated. Barry G
