Have a mixer shower on bathroom taps. Plan to install new mixer shower tower at other end of bath. The pipes to the bath taps are 22mm copper - plan to install plastic reduced compression tee in each of these pipes under the bath and run plastic 15mm pipes under bath , into stud partition wall into shower unit . The cold tap is off the rising mains , and unsure whether to put a pressure reducing valve on the new cold pipe. Have a combi boiler - anything else I may need to be aware of ?

Many thanks

Started looking into these valves - I am right in assuming that you can buy mixer showers with built in pressure balancing valves , and that you can also buy these valves as a seperate item ? I am looking to install a Triton unichrome shower tower unit where the hot and cold water is fed seperately. However if buy a balancing valve can i feed the seperate hot and cold supplies into this valve and feed them seperately from the valve into the shower unit ?
