    big PC problem?

Sorry BR, can't agree. I have "reinstalled " win98se a number of times on different pc's and only found that it replaced damaged/corrupted windows files and certainly left all the individual user files intact. It doesn't format the hard drive unless you specifically ask it to do so..

    MDF Lining

Certainly wouldn't recommend standard MDF to line out a free standing shed, sorry Summerhouse. It will absorb moisture, especially during the winter, and expand. Why do you want to use MDF, what kind of finish do you require? 6mm exterior ply would give a more robust lining.

    fuses getting hot....

No offence intended Arctic but I suggest that you get a proper sparks to check your new shower installation. You might very well end up with an ex-girlfriend as a result of fire/electrocution. Do not use the shower until it is checked. Be SAFE not SORRY.

Immediately underneath the plastic body of the TRV there is a chromed ring. Unscrew that and you will get access to the pin. Might need to push the body down to ease the unscrewing.

    Condensate from Condensing boiler

Hi, I have a condensing boiler and understand that the condensate is corrosive. Manual only requires pipework to be plastic. How should the condensate be "got rid off"? Currently just plumbed to the outside. Cheers
