Who builds these ovens? They seem to get good reviews for a basic oven but I cant seem to see any spares available. Are they a copy of any bettre known makes/models?

Ah thats why the cylinder doesn't drain. Just so I get my head round this, it is the mains cold pressure that forces the hot out of the top of the tank? So when I switch cold back on, I will have a bit of air in my hot taps, alleviated by opening them till water reappears? That should be it?

A down stairs hot tap drips so needs fixed. I think I can fix this but dont know how to switch the hot water off as cant see a tap leading from the tank. The salesman that sold me the house said it had a mains pressure hot water system with a big red expansion tank next to the hot water tank...

Display says 200 degrees has been reached, doesn't feel like 200 degrees. Thermo varies between 160 -180 Food takes ages to cook. Temp probe faulty? If so, how do I check this with multi meter? Or any other suggestions? Thanks

Its the insulation covering the back of the machine - must be for sound proofing. The machine is in a normal kitchen poistion under a work top with cupboards either side. Cupboards have the usual mix of pots and pans... :|
