I know the above shower has 2 removable flow regulators but I don't know what they look like, or where to find them as I want to remove them. Any help appreciated.

If it's the ceratherm 100 bar mixer, then they should be in the hot and cold inlet connections. You'll need to detach the bar mixer off of the wall connections and the flow limiters would normally be in the inlets.
