Qube Dual Control Thermostatic Recessed Shower (built-in)

Actually don't! I've just seen the prices

Are you sure that nothing else will come off around it to allow a spanner or grips in? Find it hard to believe that they would recess a serviceable part that deep and not allow provision for access.

more pics if possible.

Hi Jon
There's an internal thread, which maybe says that this will unscrew? (There's a nut behind it)
What do you think?

there is a small circlip ,like a "u" shaped spring that you remove, then you can disassemble further...............edit..forget the above !!! only applies once you get the valve out. I have re read all the posts it seems to me that the nut is actually part of the valve itself ( which is definitely not the same valve as was posted earlier in the thread ) and therefore has to be unscrewed. so a box spanner of the correct size is required ( as previously advised ) .

Hi All

Many thanks for your help, appreciate you giving up your free time. Bristan have sent me a diagram that reflects exactly what I have, and shows what has to be done. Hopefully might be of use to someone else.

Thanks again.
