Hi all, Had a power cut today and programmer has gone awol. Display is on with the time at 12:00 but no keys are functioning, it seems to be frozen and no hot water or heating working. From previous posts I gather there is a reset button...please advise where to locate this or what else can I...

Advice needed desperatley - My profile does not retain its pilot light. When activated by the EP it sometimes lights up but only stays lit for about 3 minutes then goes out. No hot water and no central heating as a result. Any suggestions welcome!
