EP2001 programmer

Hi all,
Had a power cut today and programmer has gone awol. Display is on with the time at 12:00 but no keys are functioning, it seems to be frozen and no hot water or heating working. From previous posts I gather there is a reset button...please advise where to locate this or what else can I try.

Thanks baxpoti, in saying + and - buttons I take it I use the up and down arrows? Have tried this but still no joy, any other helpful hints?

Chuck it away.

Potterton Programmers have always been flakey cr*p. They re-engineered their boilers about 10 yrs ago to match.
