Error code E11 appears after I start the washing machine. Currently, clothes are sat in machine full of water. I don't know what's wrong and error code will not go if restart cycle. Only had this machine 8 mths.

I have a BEKO fridge, however my milk seemed to be going off early and I thought the kids may have moved the dial. However I have turned it to 4 and I dont think its getting any colder. Have I turned it the wrong way. Dial goes from 1-5. I was assuming 5 was the coldest setting.
