110mm / 40mm soil adaptor not deep enough?

With reference to the attached picture, if the adaptor is pushed all the way down then it is around 15mm below the top of the pipe, slightly exposing the rubber seal. Of course i can lift the adaptor up so that it is level, but wonder if this movement is an issue? TIA

    3-Part 15mm / 10mm Adaptor Problems

I need to fit a towel rail using 10mm Speedfit pipe coming out of a block wall. I was going to use corner valves with 3-part adaptors (see pics),as the wall-to-centres distance is only 50mm’ish. The issue I am having is that the adapters are such a tight fit that they are shaving bits of...

Hello, I am desperately trying to save an original chrome towel radiator that is nearly 60 years old and been in our family for almost that long. I am looking for an angled radiator valve - 1” male fitting into the radiator and 0.75” (but 0.5” would do) female connection into the pipes. Or an...

Quick question about a rainwater pipe

Hi, I'm pretty useless at this but I have a cast iron rain water pipe as per the pic which has the bend part at the bottom. I wanted to connect this to a upvc pipe (as per the brown pic) and I wasn't sure what sort of connector I would need. Both pipes are 68mm and I can only seem to find...
