condensate pipe

Hi, I need to replace the condensate pipe on a baxi duo tech. The existing one is fitted inside what looks like a flexible black rubbery type pipe coming out of the boiler. Do I just pull it out of that and push the new one in? Just want to make sure before I yank it out.
