1 Cold radiator 1 pipe hot other end cold

I have 1 cold radiator 1of the pipes is hot the other end is cold Ive checked the TRV its ok rad is new, any offers please.

you have of course bled the air out

Bled out air till running water came out and let run for about a quarter bucket then other pipe came warm for a while but norad heat gone cold again now. many thanks lets get it sorted

shut all other trvs off if this gets the rad haot then it needs balancing.

once that rad gets hot from shutting others off then reopen shut rads!!

Just turn 2 or 3 off to start (best with all though) as this means the only place for the water to go is the cold rad, i may be very wrong but i doubt if its a new TRV its not Bi Directional.
