Hello all,
I am new around here, but would appreciate your advice.
I have a house which is 12 years old and has a slate roof. I have noticed that there are now nine or ten slipped or cracked slates on it and a surveyor friend of mine suggested that there could be something seriously wrong with the roof which requires it completely being relaid.
Is that really true? What could be wrong? Is there another way to fix it satisfactorily without tearing every slate off and starting over again?
Any slate roofer specialists please let me know!
Thank you very much
