Yeah, I was being lazy as torch was in the van, and it was late in the day.

It was the merest tingle, and as I wired and ran cables and all IR tests were good I felt all would be ok. Me wrong!

50V is touch voltage. So it's more than 50V. The RCBO does not trip but tests fine also.
