1890s terrace want to level the floor

Hi I'm new to this forum just looking for help or advice
I have just bought a 1890 terrace and the dining room floor is very
Un level and I am aware it is a flagged floor under the laminate with
Some kind of insulation boards on top I was wondering is it is possible
To take up the flags and put some kind of concrete floor in if so the best way
To do it

Concreting a floor in this situation is not a simple job for an inexperienced diyer, I would suggest you ask some builders for quotes.

If the house has no dpc, a concrete floor would be a bad idea as it would send the damp into the walls.
Uncover the original floor, see if you can clean it up. It may be a period piece.
