2/3 RADS DOWNSTAIRS COLD, UPSTAIRS ALL FINE

I have a Worcester Bosch combi boiler and for some reason 2 out of three of my downstairs radiators are stone cold, but all upstairs are hot.

I have no plumbing knowledge at all and am wondering whether I should even attempt to look into this myself?

Any advice? I've seen lots of suggestions of draning systems for 2/4 minutes and turning screws on pumps!

Any help appreciated!

How old is your system when was it last serviced have you had any other work done recently is the boiler upstairs or downstairs is there any chemical corrosion inhibitor in the system?

Turn off the upstairs radiators. Do the downsatirs ones get hot? If they do the radiarors may need balancing.
