The back of the switch is divided into two sections, each one being one switch.* Each section has a triangle shape of three terminals, one at the top and two at the bottom (or vice versa). The one at the top of the triangle is the common (COM). The two at the bottom are L1 and L2. You'll probably find that on the new switch, the top terminal is marked L and the two at the bottom L1 and L2. If this is the case, then L is your common. Make sure you mark all the cables before dismantling the old one.

*unless it's a dimmer.

L = Com
L1 = L1
L2 = L2

The sets of terminals for each switch are usually arranged in a triangle, with 'Com' of the top row of terminals associated with 'L1' & 'L2' of the bottom row, and vice versa.

If one of the switches works 'upside down', reverse the connections to the corresponding 'L1' & 'L2' terminals.

Before you start, make sure you know which red wire connects to each terminal. Just because they are the same colour doesn't necessarily mean they have similar functions.

If your new switch has a metal face plate, then it must be earthed. Transfer the green / yellow sleeved earth wires from the back box to the earth terminal on the switch, and connect a piece of wire from the earth terminal to the back box.

If there are no earth wires, you cannot use a metal switch.
