2 Way 1 Way... Down Stairs and Upstairs

Hi Experts,

I work in IT and spend my life trailing through forums, answering other peoples questions on computers, Most of the time answering very repitertive questions... thinking oh go another one.. Well here I am in the same position asking one of those questions myself... So here goes

I am int he process of replacing 2 light switches in my house.

downstairs - Has 2 switches, one that contorls the hall light, and the other on a 2 way with the upstairs.

Upstairs - Has 1 switch that just contols the upstairs light.

At the moment it looks like a christmas tree, I have uploaded the current config, excuse the poor paint atempt

I think I have the common wires crossed.. but I'm not sure
