2001 ford focus xl diesel estate central locking

unlike the others my 2001 focus the central locking works ok on key fob lock unlock but central locking DOES NOT WORK ON KEY JUST UNLOCK DRIVERS DOOR ONLY NOT CENTRAL LOCKING IS this correct should central locking work on key

yes it should,try lubricating the lock and working it back and forth. it doesnt get used that often, if it still does not work the panel will have to come off to investigate the operating mechanism

I think it is configurable, the unlock on the key can be set just to unlock the drivers door or the whole car. Do you have a handbook for the car?

NO JUST BOUGHT THE CAR SECOUND HAND CAME JUST 1 KEY MAIN FOB AS SAID FOBS OK PATTERN NON FOB KEY £50
