2009 plate 1.2 petrol clio driving lights wont turn off

Hi just had call off my dad his clio driving lights wont turn off even when keys are out and it's not running,he thinks it's just the front lights.. Puzzled.. Any ideas plz

These don't have the column switch problem that the earlier Clio's suffered from, so my guess would be the headlamp relay that has failed, stuck in the energised position.
Located very close to the fuse arrays, I think.

Is this under bonnet area, cheers

There are some to the right of the battery under the bonnet and a couple in the fuse box....under the dash, passenger side if I recall.
