I have resolved to do 5 things this year, three of them diet-based.
1. Continue to lose more weight.
I broke my ankle in three places in November last year and was bed-ridden from then until mid January. Which afforded me the opportunity to lose a few stone. Well, 4 to be precise.
2. Eat more dark chocolate, preferably 100%.
3. Eat more plain oats, either muesli or porage.
4. Drink more beetroot juice.
5. Ignore Mrs S when she yells me from another room.
For years she has done this and I have come to see what the hollering was about. I keep asking her to come and talk to me, but she still does it, so I'm not answering her anymore!
