Does anyone know where I can buy a cheap 24 inch internal door, with glass panels (top half glass panels only)?

Look up a local joiners. They'll make one to measure for you. Wether it's cheep depend on you locality, etc..

I think you'll struggle to find anything other than a plain flush door off the shelf.

Actually, if you want really good quality and cheep, nothing beats making it yourself.
