Hi, I've just been trying to get my bar shower mixer to stop leaking and when I replaced it on the 3/4" inlet stubs, one of the fibre washers failed and I had a leak!
I had a root about in the garage and found an o-ring the same size and it seems to have done the job. My question is, can I leave it as is or should I really get a new fibre washer and re-do it?

Ah thanks for the reply but that looks like one of the washers in the flexible hose that goes to the shower head, I'm talking about the 3/4" BSP connection to the hot and cold supply
they look like this
