Hi everyone,
I have a friend who has a 3 phased coffee machine in his restuarant, but the restaurant electricity power is single phased, would it be possible to connect this? if yes, what would be the best way to do it?
Any advice would be appreciated.

you can get such a thing as a single to 3 phase converter. i would suggest its easier to get a new machiene

Does it have any three phase motors on it?

If it is purely three phase to spread the heating load, all three phases could be connected together.

If the motors and pumps in it are three phase, they you would need an inverter which would be expensive and well OTT for a coffee machine!

I suspect the appliance is capable of being connected to three and single phase. The motors are tiny, and are likely single phase. The loading will be the heating elements.

Please do check first though!

Read the manual, ring the manufacturer or supplier.

You may find you can simply join the three phases together. You may also be able to remove links inside to remove power from some elements. This increases the heatup time, and heat recovery time, but reduces load when used on single phase.

I have dealt with many three phase coffee machines, commercial dish washers, ovens, friers etc etc, and have both converted some from three phase to single, and some the other way too. Enquire!
