3 way wiring help

Hey all,
Hope this is a simple question / answer.

I am replacing a light fitting with a spotlight but dont know how to connect it.

i have 2 flexes.

flex 1 = 1 red - 1 black - 1 earth

flex 2 = 1 blue - 1 yellow - 1 red - 1 earth

can anyone tell me how these should be connected please.
