32mm Solvent Weld to 40mm Solvent Weld

Hi,

How can i convert a 32mm solvent pipe to 40mm solvent pipe. Its for a sanicompact toilet to connect to a 40mm stap on boss.

I bought the following reducers:

But they don't fit into the 40mm Solvent waste pipe listed here:

Should they fit perfectly? I am wondering if i have been given the wrong pipe as it says 43mm on it?

The reducer fits inside a coupler

Why not use a 32mm strapboss?

Or just glue the reducer into the boss
