The thickness is related to the fire resistance so tend to be thicker than a standard door .

Got this really odd shaped door that needs replacing so need a 35mm slab that can be cut to any size.

is it the bathroom door or the kitchen door?

Are you looking for a fire door in particular?

Bathroom door. Does not have to be fire door, but must be trimmable to any size.

for example, here is a 35mm solid core door

I don't know what dimensions you need, but you can get them in various sizes, and although chopping a bit off might lose fire certification, in your case it doesn't matter.

The fire doors I've used have had a solid chipboard slab so you won't lose structural integrity by cutting a bit off, there is only some lipping that you would lose and need to replace. I see it would be the non-hinged side that you would cut. Yours is a flush door so no panels to keep symmetrical.

Be aware that a fire door is very heavy and needs strong hinges. I find lift-off bushed hinges very easy to use, especially when the door has to come off and on again to trial-fit. They are also much stronger than your old egg-box door.

if you fit a bathroom lock with thumbturn and release people might not get stuck inside.
