5 'steady' lights on Hotpoint Aquarius

I seem to have one problem after another with my washer at the moment.

Hotpoint Aquarius Extra WMA34

Sometimes I get 5 steady red lights showing:
Time Saver
Door Locked
Wash
Rinse and Spin
Final Spin
At this point it's been washing for a while and conditioner is still in the dispenser drawer.

Can anyone tell me what this light sequence means please?
OH has recently changed the brushes and cleaned out the filter.
