50mm floor insulation to garden studio

I'm wondering if I can get away with Celotex's 50mm High Performance Insulation between a concrete slab and 75mm screed for a heated out-building (a shed/garden studio). I'm happy to run it past my BCO, but wondered what your thoughts were?

Do you need to involve your BCO? Could it be exempt?

Technically, it falls foul of too many of those little caveats that they attach to small outbuildings.

Don't really understand what you mean by caveats? Is it > 30 sq.m. floor area?

No, but it's > 15m² and within 1m of a boundary.

It's a steel structure, entirely clad in timber
