I'm currently extending my porch by double. I've reached dpc level with blocks
The previous floor is concrete slab.
Finished floor will be tiled.
I would like to put 50mm insulation on floor.
Was thinking
6 inch of hardcore.
30mm of sand,
dpm lapped In dpc
50mm insulation pir celotex
50mm of screed.
Would you insulate and screed the previous floor too meaning floor will be raised by 90mm.
Is 50mm screed sufficient for porch?
