This was a self build conservatory. I built it with help about 8 years ago. Photos 1&2 is how it looked before. Photo 3 is a sketch of how I remember the End piece. I always thought it was a sealed unit. Photo 4 is the finished job. Photo 5 is the leak. I've had 4 "Roofers" on this and photo 6 is one of the results. Photo 7 is the latest. The last crowd I had put Flashband on the Lead Flashing saying the Flashing had rotted........I now have more water coming in...so it must be something to do with the Flashing....... I am waiting on new roofers but they cannot get here because of the Rain.....doesn't stop here........
