Can anyone tell me if it is possible to wire a 8kw Sauna stove using 6mm 3 Core H07RN-F cable? The length of run is 5 metres.
I have a >5m of this type of cable, I would like a view on why I should not use this from the CU all the way to the stove (rather than just as a tail) as I have the cable so why not use it?
I will be using 40Amp MCB with RCD protection, the part P certification is being carried out by the local Building Control team on a BC notice. I want to make sure I get this right first to time so's not to waste anyones time.
