I never know which thickness or taper edged board to buy. Is there a rule for it or right/wrong thickness for different uses?

I have 2 jobs in a room to do....
1. Dot and dab stick the board to damp proofed wall (green OldroydP, membraned wall). (http://www.restorationuk.com/waterproof-membranes-for-cellars-and-basments/oldroyd-xp-plaster-membrane-kit-for-damp-walls.html)
2. Screw to a ceiling that has had batters screwed to it to overboard the old ceiling.

Thanks for your help

Brilliant.

Thanks for that guys. What would you recommend for keeping PB up on the air whilst screwing it into position?

Thanks

Make a device called a deadman. It's called that because if you mess up the carpet - then you are a deadman.
