You don't know misterdubyas criminal history. What he writes here is just hearsay. He says he's had an "incident" with a neighbour.
For all we know he could have assaulted him (or shoved him from behind)so the police will have good reason to keep tabs on him.

I'd have liked him to have spent at least 5 yrs in HMP, because he caused the death of another human being. That's what me or you would have got had we "simply pushed" Ian Tomlinson, simply because we ain't members of the police force..
