Would Hunter Bidens charges, which involved tax and false ownership of a gun usually result in a prison sentence?

The miscarriage of justice was because the offences were things which do not usually end up in court…..unlike Trumps litany of serious crimes which he keeps getting away with.

Pretty much all Trumpfs key appointments are friends or family, he's just had to find new friends and family when tne vetting fails. Maybe pre crime pardons are the way forward. Bide ns pardon is a drop in the ocean of american political sleaze.
You need to look more closely at the pardon and it's implications. It's a blanket pardon and apart from the drugs, tax and gun stuff, it covers any other crimes that may still come to light.
