Another broken labour promise.

Every time he lies and trys to say I voted for brexit
You literally said you “voted to get Brexit done”

Nobody who knew Brexit was a lie would vote for Boris Johnson’s hard Brexit “just to get it done”.

If you say you don’t support Brexit, you are a porkie pie-er

Let me help you with some facts; the referendum was not binding
That was the kind of crap indulged in by the likes of starmer that went on for ages after the public vote said Leave. At what point did you start to think you have been a fikco because YOU voted for brexit - the day after - a week later. Or when you realised you were a fool to believe borris and his £250M to the NHS bus.

That was the kind of crap indulged in by the likes
It is interesting that you consider basic facts to be "kind of crap indulged in..."

it is just fact that the Referendum was advisory, you may not know but we have representative democracy in this country..............MPs have a duty to actin the best interests of their constituents, and that would be supporting remain.

You cant disagree with that because you keep saying you are so clever you knew brexit was a lie and thus not best for this country.

The only politician to have kept his promises is TRUMP.

"You silly ars."

Ray Allen was a gentle soul - one of the last people to meet Oliver Hardy in this country.

That's a true picture of UK,/USA politics.

Change the picture of current POTUS and pm and it stays true.

We jump when we are told to

Is ANYONE surprised?
Are they though?

But, seriously, I don’t understand why people are upset. Raising fees per se because of inflation doesn’t really change anything.

Would you rather universities raise fees to match inflation ensuring they stay financially stable and continue offering quality education, or would you prefer they don't adjust the fees, causing financial struggles that lead to cuts in courses, staff, and quality? Because if you don't want the fees to rise, are you okay with universities selectively choosing which students can attend based on who can afford the new, unpredictable price changes?

Fees are high enough now so that it is already loaded towards those that can afford to go. IMO quite a lot of the courses are pretty useless in the real world and it’s just a way for many to delay starting that 'orrible thing called 'work' - after their gap year of course, the poor darlings! My point was though that Labour hinted that they were going to scrap the fees and they haven’t.

I think you may be missing part of the uni appeal.

It's networking, and it's not always about the "useless" course chosen, but proving an ability and getting to know people.

Like it or not our system revolves largely around who you know, not what you know.

Uni is expensive, but most who attend end up earning better than they would have done without uni.

Having said that, it's not right for all, and some will waste money. But others waste it on beer or holidays or clothes etc

No the current Labour Party never hinted any such thing

It wasn’t talked about in the Labour campaign, it wasn’t in the manifesto, it hasn’t been suggested since.

Perhaps you should avoid making stuff up eh
