hi.. i was trying to install slate tile on a cement pad that had concrete stain on it and it looks like the adhesive will not adhere, i purchased a stone tile adhesive premixed. Should I purchase a stronger adhesive, perhaps a thin set mixed with acrylic? prime or sand the cement pad? I am at a total loss.. :(
thank you in advance!
