Accenta g3 Dead Keypad

hi there
my mums alarm which is a Accenta g3 panel
the keypad is dead no lights on and nothing happens when you press the buttons.

the main box is in the loft,had a quick look before and the red power led is on, on the front of the box

is this likely a fuse that has blown in the main box

Yes. Take the lid off and check the board fuses. However, they don't blow without a reason so it may not sort it long term.
