Accenta Gen4 - How to set Program2 & 3

Hello people, I have inherited Accenta Gen4 as part of new house I have moved in. I received the user code from previous owner and have changed the code.

I have been able to only set the alarm on and goes striaght to Program 1. After trialing a few options from the User guide (avaialble hard copy) I realise that there is only one program configured. To configure program 2&3 I believe I need an engineer code. Any idea how to find this? Tried default code 9999 but that didn't work.
